About me
Born 1958, virtually all my life has been accompanied by horses, dogs, cats and birds.
From an early age I felt a deep connection with animals and always had the notion that there was some sort of a deep understanding between us.
Often I would meet an animal who seemed very sad or frightened and even so I would have loved to help him or her I simply did not know what to do.
As you might guess, this was before I got into contact with EFT.
Since then much has changed and now it is my mission to help our animal companions overcome their often man made emotional problems and lead a happy life.
I try to achieve this goal by teaching animal owners how to do EFT for their animals, so they can be helpful to them in any circumstance.
Horses have always fascinated me and I firmly believe that they are often misunderstood, misinterpreted and therefore being treated very wrong.
An excellent example is the way many people misunderstand their horses innate reluctance to getting onto a trailer.
Using harsh methods when trying to teach a horse to get onto a trailer teaches the horse to fear the box and motivates it to avoid “the thing” at all costs.
After I came to realize these facts I put up my “EFT horsebox training”.
My professional journey has led me from being a pre-school teacher to becoming a certified Psychologist in private practice, qualified to work with adults and children both on a one-to-one basis and in groups.
The most important methods I have trained in are Gestalt, Psychodynamical Psychotherapy, EMDR, EDxTM and EFT.
I hold the ACEP Diploma in Comprehensive Energy Psychology and I am an EFT Advanced Practitioner.
For many years I specialized in treating severely traumatized clients who were very grateful for the gentleness of EFT.
With my animal clients I used to use behavioral methods which were helpful in their own way but never as helpful as EFT.
With my highly professional background and my many years of experience I can help both horses and their owners overcome their distress and upset regarding any equine or equestrian issue.
